REFUND POLICY

Our store has a 10 day refund policy. We will provide you with details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any and all orders exceeding the 10 day window will not be eligible for a refund.


We will notify you upon receiving your items and upon thorough inspection we will keep you notified about the same. Once the item has been cleared for a refund, your amount will be automatically refunded to your payment method within 6-10 working days. (Please note that some banks may take longer to process).

 

Please note that due to Covid-19, a few of our products will not be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch with us for any queries that you may have on sales@ananasgoa.com.

 

To initiate a refund request, you are requested to kindly contact us on sales@ananasgoa.com along with details as to why you would like to return the item. Any returns without a refund request will not be eligible for a refund from our end. Please do not send us the items without initiating a request as we will not be to proceed with the refund process.

 

In order for your order to be eligible for a refund, the items must be meet the following:

  ~ The condition of the item must be the same as that received by you.

  ~ All items should be unused/unworn and free from any stains, marks and damages such as accidental tears.

  ~ The tag must be in its original state and not torn/pulled out from the item.

  ~ Original packaging must be kept undamaged and free from any stains/cuts/tears.

  ~ A copy of the Proof of Purchase/Receipt should accompany the item refund request and originals sent along with the package to be returned.

 

The cost of returns will be borne by the buyer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund/returns.

 

Damages

All products sent by us are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before it has been packaged.

 

Pease note that we use the highly experienced and professional courier agents to ship all of our products.

 

You are requested to kindly check the items received by you and do keep us informed about any damages (if any) that may have occurred at the time of shipping.
